Olekamma Ekeleme, is a corporate governance practitioner and a John Maxwell Team member whose passion for creative solutions has birthed thriving businesses.
She is an Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a strong advocate of Corporate Governance, an IFC Certified Trainer on Corporate Governance and an Entrepreneur.
She is an Executive Director, COO of Madil Associates Limited, a consulting company in Nigeria that offers Secretarial, Accounting, Tax and Management support services, Leadership and Business Training. She had worked closely with Executive Directors in Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited; Nigerian Engineering Works Limited, Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited (now operating under the brand name Eni). She also worked in a firm of Chartered Accountants for over 10 years.
She is an independent member of John Maxwell Team of Coaches, Speaker and Trainer, a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and NECA’s Network of Entrepreneurial Women (NNEW) Ambassador. She is a Mentor Facilitator with Aspire for Equality (formerly Aspire Foundation), UK and a director in Nissi Concept Nigeria Limited, an investment company and the initiator of Nissi Cuisine, a healthy food centre. She was also a Volunteer Facilitator for RSW 3.0, an Employability and Entrepreneurial training for graduating students in Lagos and an initiative of Lagos State Ministry of Education.
